Arbor Realty Trust (NYSE: ABR) declared a special dividend of $0.15 per share.
The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2019, to stockholders of record on December 28, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 27, 2018.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
