Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.45 per share, or $5.8 annualized. This is a 9.8% increase from the prior dividend of $1.32.
The dividend will be payable on March 8, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 14, 2019.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
