American Equity Investment (NYSE: AEL) declared an annual dividend of $0.28 per share, or $0.28 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.

The dividend will be payable on December 12, 2018, to stockholders of record on November 28, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of November 27, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.8 percent.
