UPDATE: National Storage Affiliates Trust (NSA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.4% to $0.30; 4.4% Yield

National Storage Affiliates Trust (NYSE: NSA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 3.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.29.

The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 14, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 13, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
