Credit Suisse analyst William Featherston lowered the price target on Chesapeake Energy (NYSE: CHK) to $3.00 (from $4.00) while maintaining a Underperform rating.
Featherston said while the WRD deal improves the company, shares are still expensive and over-levered versus peers.
