NexPoint Residential Trust (NYSE: NXRT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 17, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 14, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
