First US Bancshares (FUSB) Declares $0.02 Quarterly Dividend; 0.7% Yield

First US Bancshares (NASDAQ: FUSB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share, or $0.08 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 7, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of September 6, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.7 percent.

“We are pleased to announce that today our Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend to our shareholders,” stated James F. House, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. “We have paid a quarterly cash dividend for seventeen consecutive quarters, and we remain committed to maintaining our strong capital base,” concluded Mr. House.
