Emclaire Financial (EMCF) Declares $0.28 Quarterly Dividend; 3% Yield

Emclaire Financial (NASDAQ: EMCF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 21, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 4, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of August 31, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.

William C. Marsh, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and the Bank, noted that the dividend reflects the Corporation’s continued growth and strong financial performance in recent quarters.
