CB Financial Services (CBFV) Declares $0.22 Quarterly Dividend; 2.8% Yield

CB Financial Services (NASDAQ: CBFV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 20, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 10, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of September 7, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
