Southwest Georgia Financial (SGB) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.1% to $0.12; 2.3% Yield

Southwest Georgia Financial (NYSE: SGB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 5, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 4, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
