RealPage (NASDAQ: RP) reported Q1 EPS of $0.37, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $201.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $201.13 million.

GUIDANCE:

RealPage sees Q2 2018 EPS of $0.37-$0.38, versus the consensus of $0.35. RealPage sees Q2 2018 revenue of $214-216 million, versus the consensus of $208.23 million.

RealPage sees FY2018 EPS of $1.46-$1.51, versus the consensus of $1.44. RealPage sees FY2018 revenue of $859.3-867.5 million, versus the consensus of $844.25 million.
