First National Community Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNCB) declared a special dividend of $0.08 per share. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.06.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 18, 2018.
