Peoples Bancorp (NASDAQ: PEBO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.

The dividend will be payable on May 21, 2018, to stockholders of record on May 7, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of May 4, 2018.
