Realty Income (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.2195 per share, or $2.634 annualized. This is a 0.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.219.

The dividend will be payable on April 13, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 2, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2018.
