BRT Apartments Corp (NYSE: BRT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on April 6, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 27, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 26, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.7 percent.
