Orion Engineered Carbons (OEC) Raises 1Q Special Interim Dividend 18.6% to $0.20; 2.9% Yield

Orion Engineered Carbons (NYSE: OEC) declared a 1Q special interim dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is an 18.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1686.

The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 12, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 9, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
