Robert Half International (NYSE: RHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 16.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.
The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 23, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 22, 2018.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
Share Repurchase Plan
Board of directors authorized the repurchase, from time to time, of up to an additional 10 million shares of the company's common stock on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions, depending on market conditions. Today's 10 million share authorization is in addition to the approximately 2.3 million shares that remain under Robert Half's existing share repurchase plan.
