EnPro Industries (NPO) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.1% to $0.24; 1.2% Yield

EnPro Industries (NYSE: NPO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on March 21, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 7, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 6, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.

“This increase in the dividend reflects our strategy of thoughtfully returning capital to shareholders to the extent it exceeds our anticipated needs for internal capital and growth investment,” said Steve Macadam, President and Chief Executive Officer.
