CubeSmart (CUBE) Declares $0.30 Quarterly Dividend; 4.5% Yield

CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 2, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
