NexPoint Residential Trust (NYSE: NXRT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 30, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 20, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 19, 2018.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
