Badger Meter (BMI) Declares $0.13 Quarterly Dividend, 1.1% Yield; Andrew Policano Announces Retirement from Board, Effective April 27, 2018

Badger Meter (NYSE: BMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 28, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.

Board Changes

The company also announced the retirement of Andrew J. Policano from the Board of Directors, effective April 27, 2018. Policano is the former dean of the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California – Irvine, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Badger Meter since 1997.
