Bemis (BMS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.3% to $0.31; 2.8% Yield

Bemis (NYSE: BMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, or $1.24 annualized. This is a 3.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 20, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 16, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.

“Our dividend program is an important part of our shareholders' total return on investment in Bemis Company," said William F. Austen, Bemis Company's President and Chief Executive Officer. "Our annual cash dividend has increased consecutively for 35 years, demonstrating confidence in our ability to generate strong cash flow and future growth."
