GEO Group (GEO) Declares $0.47 Quarterly Dividend; 8.7% Yield

GEO Group (NYSE: GEO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 27, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 16, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 15, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.7 percent.

George C. Zoley, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GEO, said: “We are pleased to declare a quarterly cash dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 per share annualized, which is indicative of our continued commitment to return value to our shareholders.”
