Bankwell Financial Group (NASDAQ: BWFG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 71.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.07.

The dividend will be payable on March 8, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 26, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 23, 2018.
