Simon Property Group (SPG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.4% to $1.95; 4.8% Yield

Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.95 per share, or $7.8 annualized. This is a 5.4% increase from the prior dividend of $1.85.

The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 14, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.8 percent.
