Tower Int'l (NYSE: TOWR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 9, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 8, 2018.
