Macerich (MAC) Declares $.74 Quarterly Dividend; 4.6% Yield

Macerich (NYSE: MAC) declared a quarterly dividend of $.74 per share, or $2.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 2, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 21, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 20, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
