Woodward (NASDAQ: WWD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1425 per share, or $0.57 annualized. This is a 14% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.

The dividend will be payable on March 6, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 20, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 16, 2018.
