Westamerica Bancorp. (WABC) Declares $0.40 Quarterly Dividend; 2.6% Yield

Westamerica Bancorp. (NASDAQ: WABC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 5, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 2, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.

Chairman, President and CEO David Payne stated, “This dividend recognizes Westamerica’s healthy capital level, sound asset quality, and profitability level.”
