A.O. Smith (NYSE: AOS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 28.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on January 31, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of January 30, 2018.
