Realty Income (O) Raises Monthly Dividend 3.1% to $0.219; 5% Yield

Realty Income (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.219 per share, or $2.628 annualized. This is a 3.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2125.

The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 1, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of January 31, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
