Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.5% to $0.66; 10.1% Yield

Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.66 per share, or $2.64 annualized. This is a 1.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.65.

The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on January 31, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of January 30, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10.1 percent.
