Global Net Lease (GNL) Declares $0.1775 Monthly Dividend; 10.5% Yield

Global Net Lease (NYSE: GNL) declared a monthly dividend of $0.1775 per share, or $2.13 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on January 8, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 7, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10.5 percent.
