TPG RE Finance Trust Inc. (NYSE: TRTX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized. This is a 15.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.33.

The dividend will be payable on January 25, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 29, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.9 percent.
