Boston Properties (BXP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.80; 2.5% Yield

Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.80 per share, or $3.2 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.75.

The dividend will be payable on January 30, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 29, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
