Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. (NYSE: IIPR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 66.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on January 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 29, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
