Ventas (VTR) Raises Annual Dividend 1.9% to $0.79; 1.2% Yield

Ventas (NYSE: VTR) declared an annual dividend of $0.79 per share, or $0.79 annualized. This is a 1.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.775.

The dividend will be payable on January 12, 2018, to stockholders of record on January 2, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
