Agree Realty (NYSE: ADC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.520 per share, or $2.08 annualized. This is a 3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.5050.

The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 20, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 19, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
