Churchill Downs (NASDAQ: CHDN) declared an annual dividend of $1.52 per share, or $1.52 annualized. This is a 15.2% increase from the prior dividend of $1.32.

The dividend will be payable on January 5, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of November 30, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.7 percent.
