FTI Consulting (NYSE: FCN) reported Q3 EPS of $0.83, $0.24 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $449 million versus the consensus estimate of $446.64 million.

• Fully Diluted EPS of $0.85, up 63.5% over Prior Year; Adjusted EPS of $0.83, up 59.6% over Prior Year
• $52.7 Million Returned through Share Repurchases during Third Quarter

GUIDANCE:

FTI Consulting sees FY2017 EPS of $1.90-$2.20. FTI Consulting sees FY2017 revenue of $1.775-1.8 billion, versus the consensus of $1.79 billion.
