Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, or $2.6 annualized. This is a 1.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.64.
The dividend will be payable on November 15, 2017, to stockholders of record on October 31, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of October 30, 2017.
The annual yield on the dividend is 8.3 percent.
