John Wiley & Sons (NYSE: JW-A) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 3.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.31.

The dividend will be payable on October 25, 2017, to stockholders of record on October 10, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of October 6, 2017.
