Dover Corp. (NYSE: DOV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized. This is a 6.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.44.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2017, to stockholders of record on August 31, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of August 29, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
