Bank of the Ozarks (OZRK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 0.3% to $0.18; 1.5% Yield

Bank of the Ozarks (NASDAQ: OZRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 0.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1795.

The dividend will be payable on July 21, 2017, to stockholders of record on July 14, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of July 12, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
