UPDATE: Agilysys, Inc. (AGYS) Misses Q4 EPS by 12c

(updated to change guidance from Q1 to FY)

Agilysys, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGYS) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.23), $0.12 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $33.18 million.

GUIDANCE:

Agilysys, Inc. sees FY 2018 revenue of $136-140 million.

"Agilysys today provided a forecast for fiscal 2018 full year revenue of $136 million to $140 million, which represents growth of approximately 7% to 10%. In addition, the Company expects that it will generate positive Adjusted Earnings from Operations (non-GAAP measure) in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2018."
