Voya Prime Rate Trust (NYSE: PPR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.026 per share, or $0.312 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 22, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 12, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2017.
