United-Guardian (UG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.42; 11.7% Yield

United-Guardian (NASDAQ: UG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on June 12, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 30, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 25, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.7 percent.
