Voya Prime Rate Trust (NYSE: PPR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.0260 per share, or $0.312 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 22, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 10, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 8, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.7 percent.
