Grainger (NYSE: GWW) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.28 per share, or $5.12 annualized. This is a 4.9% increase from the prior dividend of $1.22.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 8, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 4, 2017.
