UDR, Inc. (UDR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.1% to $0.31; 3.4% Yield

UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, or $1.24 annualized. This is a 5.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2950.

The dividend will be payable on May 1, 2017, to stockholders of record on April 10, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of April 6, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
